Healing Music for Spiritual Connection

Here is your daily Music Medicine playlist. You can listen to them anytime, anywhere. It's a wonderful way to start or end your day, everyday. You can also use the playlists from other groups. It is best you listen to it everyday, meditatively by either lying down and totally surrendering yourself into the healing music or through a walking/dancing meditation.

LYING DOWN MEDITATION

• Lie down in a room where you will not be disturbed. 
• Use headphones if you have them, (they are not necessary). 
• Close your eyes, and breathe deeply into your belly with every breath.
• Allow yourself to become ONE with the music, fully surrendering. 
• Chanting, thinking or singing repeated affirmations listed below will enhance your progress.
• Ensure you fully exhale on every breath to release the stress.
• Listen to it repeatedly until you feel some release of your symptoms.  
• It is completely safe for all ages, even infants. 
• There are no adverse side effects. 
• You are encouraged to listen as often and repeatedly as possible. Everyday would be ideal.

MOVEMENT MEDITATION: Go for a walk, or dance to the music. Move or walk to the beat of the music, while thinking, chanting or singing the affirmations listed below. Stay 100% mindful of these affirmations, and connect to their meaning with every repetition.
